How to participate

Five steps, one quarter

The same five steps run inside the portal after you log in. Data is submitted offline as CSV files built from our template, then uploaded and validated on the portal.

Choose your surveys

Pick the open cycle and opt into the KMP Survey, the All Jobs Survey, or both.

Get the template

Preview the sample file in the portal, then download the CSV template with legends for industries, job families and KMP positions.

Fill & upload

Complete the CSV offline with data as of the quarter-end date, and upload it back on the portal.

Validate

Automated checks run instantly — completeness, code lookups, percentile order, plausibility bands. Fix and re-upload until green.

Submit & get results

Confirm the declaration and submit for CompIQ approval. Results and your certificate unlock in the results month.

Survey calendar

Four cycles a year, each open for a full quarter

Each cycle benchmarks pay as of a quarter-end date, keeps the survey window open for the following quarter, and publishes results in the month after the window closes. Within each cycle, industries submit in staggered waves and each region has a designated deep-cut cycle aligned to its local merit calendar.

Every contributing company gets portal credentials for its CHRO office. From the results month onward, log in to view percentile tables (P10 / P25 / Median / Average / P66 / P75 / P90 / Range) for every cut you contributed to, download your positioning report, and collect your participation certificate. Non-contributors can purchase cuts à la carte — but contributors always see more, sooner, free.
